Personal data we collect
For the purposes described in this notice, we may collect:
- Identification and contact data: name, email address, organization and the content of the message you send through the contact form.
- Browsing data: through cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics) we collect information about your interaction with the site (pages visited, time on site, device type and approximate location). This data is processed in aggregate. Analytics cookies are enabled by default; you can decline them at any time through the site's cookie notice.
Purposes of processing
Primary purposes (necessary for the relationship):
- Respond to your information and contact requests.
- Follow up on business or investment conversations you initiate.
Secondary purposes:
- Analyze use of the site to improve its content and experience.
- Send you communications about our projects, only if you authorize it.

Data transfers
Your data may be processed by service providers: the contact form is processed through Web3Forms, which delivers messages to our email; and traffic analysis is performed with Google Analytics (Google LLC). We do not carry out transfers of personal data requiring your consent under the law, other than those necessary for the services described.
Use of cookies
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for traffic analysis. On arrival we show a notice where you can accept or decline analytics cookies. If you decline, the site keeps working and measurement is performed anonymously, without storing identifying cookies. You can also manage or delete cookies from your browser settings.
Exercising your data rights (ARCO)
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object (ARCO rights) to the processing of your personal data, as well as to revoke your consent. To exercise any of these rights, send a request to info@indominus.mx stating your name, the right you wish to exercise and the data it concerns.
